If you have never been to our museum; or haven't been there in a long time. Please stop in and enjoy a look at the your town's history.
The CCHS has been 'Harboring History' since 1981.

Coggon Coffee has been in 'business' three years now! We appreciate all who are enjoying gathering for a visit, a treat, and some coffee!
We could still use people to help host. Once a month or once in a while would be helpful.

We continue to need your support and donations.
Thanks to a grant from the Linn County Historic Preservation Commission (LCHPC) and a generous donation from Mary McAreavy Lewis the storm windows project at Historical Hall is fully funded. Now our 126 year old original windows will be protected from the elements.
Any donation to the CCHS helps us continue protecting two of Coggon's historical buildings; the Clemons House (built in 1887) and the Historical Hall (built in 1898).
Your donations to our Coffee Shop, Bake Sales, Suppers, Holiday Desserts, and Historical Hall Rentals support our efforts to maintain the Clemons House and Historical Hall for many generations to come. THANK YOU!
